Hub Supervisor

Overnight Parts Alliance LLC•Jackson, MS

About The Position

Overnight Parts Inc. (OPA) is seeking a dependable, hands-on leader to manage the daily operation of an OPA delivery HUB. The HUB Supervisor oversees driver performance, route coverage, safety, customer service, fleet readiness, and daily delivery operations. This is an active operational role rather than a desk-management position. The Supervisor delivers routes or conducts driver ride-alongs at least three days per week to observe driver performance, understand route and customer issues, and stay connected to day-to-day operations. A successful HUB Supervisor maintains a safe, dependable, customer-focused operation: routes are covered and depart on time, drivers are trained and accountable, vehicles are ready for service, delivery problems are resolved promptly, and management is kept informed. Regular field participation enables the Supervisor to lead and coach based on direct observation.
