Hub Specialist
About The Position
As a Hub Specialist, you will use organizational skills and a process-driven mindset to support hub operations, improve efficiency, foster teamwork, and help maintain a safe, productive environment. You will contribute to seamless workflows and effective hub performance. Duties include inventory control, stocking and organizing merchandise, picking and packing orders, processing orders while maintaining a 99% accuracy rate, assisting customers with auto parts and alternatives, following OSHA safety guidelines and using protective equipment, and processing and restocking returned items.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of automotive parts to assist with order fulfillment and customer service.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift, load, and move merchandise.
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Nice To Haves
- Warehouse experience, shipping and receiving, stock associate, material handling, or logistics background.
- Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
Responsibilities
