About The Position
The Hub Specialist supports critical hub operations by applying organizational skills and a process-driven mindset to improve efficiency, encourage teamwork, and maintain a safe, productive environment. The role supports smooth workflows and effective hub performance through warehouse operations, order fulfillment, customer support, safety practices, and returns processing. Requirements
- Basic knowledge of automotive parts to support order fulfillment and customer service.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift, load, and move merchandise.
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Nice To Haves
- Warehouse, shipping and receiving, stock associate, material handler, or logistics experience.
- Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
Responsibilities
- Assist with inventory control, stock merchandise, and organize products efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and process orders while maintaining a 99% accuracy rate for timely delivery.
- Work with teammates to complete tasks quickly and effectively.
- Help customers find auto parts and provide alternatives when needed.
- Follow OSHA safety guidelines, use protective equipment, and help maintain a secure workspace.
- Process returned items and ensure they are stocked correctly.
