About The Position

As a Hub Specialist, you will support hub operations by applying organizational skills and a process-driven mindset to improve efficiency, foster teamwork, and maintain a safe, productive environment. You will help ensure smooth workflows and optimal hub performance.

The role includes assisting with inventory and merchandise organization, accurately fulfilling orders, collaborating with teammates, helping customers locate auto parts and identify alternatives, following safety procedures, and processing returned items for restocking.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of automotive parts to assist with order fulfillment and customer service.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift, load, and move merchandise.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Warehouse experience, including shipping and receiving, stock associate, material handler, or logistics experience.
• Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Assist with inventory control, stock merchandise, and organize products efficiently.
• Pick, pack, and process orders while ensuring a 99% accuracy rate for timely delivery.
• Work with teammates to complete tasks quickly and effectively.
• Help customers find auto parts and provide alternatives when needed.
• Follow OSHA safety guidelines, use protective equipment, and help maintain a secure workspace.
• Process returned items and restock them correctly.
