About The Position

The Hub Specialist supports critical hub operations by applying organizational skills and a process-driven mindset to improve efficiency, foster teamwork, and maintain a safe, productive environment. The role helps ensure smooth workflows and effective hub performance. Responsibilities include inventory control, stocking and organizing merchandise, accurately picking, packing, and processing orders, helping customers locate automotive parts and alternatives, following safety requirements, and processing returned items for restocking. Requirements

Basic knowledge of automotive parts to assist with order fulfillment and customer service.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to lift, load, and move merchandise.
Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

Warehouse experience, including shipping and receiving, stock associate, material handler, or logistics experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

Assist with inventory control, stock merchandise, and organize products efficiently.
Pick, pack, and process orders while maintaining a 99% accuracy rate for timely delivery.
Collaborate with teammates to complete tasks efficiently.
Help customers find automotive parts and provide alternatives when needed.
Follow OSHA safety guidelines, use protective equipment, and help maintain a secure workspace.
Process returned items and restock them correctly.
