About The Position

As a Hub Specialist, you will use organizational skills and a process-driven mindset to support hub operations, improve efficiency, foster teamwork, and maintain a safe, productive environment. You will help ensure smooth workflows and effective hub performance. Duties include supporting inventory and merchandise organization, picking and processing orders, assisting customers with auto parts, following safety practices, and processing returns. Flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is required.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of automotive parts to assist with order fulfillment and customer service.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift, load, and move merchandise.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Warehouse, shipping and receiving, stock associate, material handler, or logistics experience.
• Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Assist with inventory control, stock merchandise, and organize products efficiently.
• Pick, pack, and process orders while meeting a 99% accuracy rate for timely delivery.
• Collaborate with teammates to complete tasks quickly and effectively.
• Help customers find auto parts and offer alternatives when needed.
• Follow OSHA safety guidelines, use protective equipment, and help maintain a secure workspace.
• Process returned items and ensure they are stocked correctly.
