We are hiring an HRIS Manager (Workday) to lead the technical administration of our core HR technology platform. Reporting to the Director of ERP Systems, this manager will own the day-to-day technical health of our Workday HR modules and lead a team of analysts who configure, support, and optimize the platform. This is a hands-on manager role. You will spend most of your time leading people, triaging technical issues, reviewing configuration work, coordinating with HR and Payroll partners, and keeping the release cadence on track. The ideal candidate has deep Workday configuration experience in multiple HR modules and is ready to step into (or grow within) a leadership role.
