The HRIS Manager is a hands-on, strategic, and operational leader responsible for maximizing the value of Workday across the entire HR ecosystem. This role oversees daily platform operations, system configuration, integrations, security, data integrity, and enhancement roadmaps. The manager will partner closely with HR, IT, Finance, and Payroll teams to ensure Workday is intuitive, reliable, secure, and optimized to support the people experience. This position also involves leading a team of HRIS professionals focused on support, problem-solving, and continuous improvement. The role is key to leading Topgolf's Workday strategy, optimizing system performance, and elevating Playmaker experience through technology that fuels the company's culture and growth.
