As an HRIS Manager, you’ll be responsible for supporting the formulation, design, implementation, and management of a holistic digital strategy for our Human Resources systems. The successful candidate will direct, support, and execute alignment between HR Systems and functional stakeholders, compliance regulations, and system governance needs. This role requires a good balance of technical, functional, and strategic competencies, and strength in project management and delivery. It’s pivotal that this person is a hands-on leader who is comfortable being responsible for the health, accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of our HR systems.
