The HRIS Analyst is responsible for the administration, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of WinSport’s Human Resource Information System (HRIS), currently UKG Pro, along with related modules. This role ensures the integrity and accuracy of all HR data, develops and maintains system configurations, and delivers reporting and analytics to support informed HR and business decision-making. The position requires strong technical expertise, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with the Team & Culture, Payroll, and Operational Leadership teams. In addition, the HRIS Analyst will provide back-up support for payroll and benefits processing during the absence of the Payroll Coordinator, ensuring seamless continuity of these critical functions. This role also leads the development and ongoing maintenance of WinSport’s record management process. This includes overseeing the secure archiving and destruction of confidential files in accordance with retention requirements and ensuring all essential HR documents are stored in the appropriate drives and file structures for easy and efficient access by authorized team members.
