About The Position

The HRIS Analyst will maintain and support the day-to-day functionality of the organization's HRIS (currently UKG). This role involves generating and distributing various HR reports, analyzing HR data to support business decisions, and collaborating with internal departments and external vendors on system enhancements. The analyst will also be responsible for improving HR processes, designing reports and dashboards, and assisting with system upgrades and testing. Additionally, the role includes creating user documentation, providing end-user support, compiling data for leadership, and supporting data integrations and compliance reporting.

Requirements

  • Three to five years of HRIS, HR Operations, reporting, analytics or related experience required.
  • Proficient in UKG, Ultipro, or similar HRIS system required.
  • Advanced experience in Microsoft Excel including formulas, pivot tables and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of HR, payroll, benefits.
  • Ability to establish priorities, proceed with objectives, and work independently.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Technology, or other related field preferred.
  • SQL background a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and support the day-to-day functionality of the organization's HRIS (currently UKG).
  • Generate and distribute standard and ad hoc HR reports, including headcount, turnover, compensation, referrals, census, and other workforce metrics.
  • Analyze HR data and provide insights to support business and workforce decisions.
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and external vendors to implement enhancements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, workflows, and reporting capabilities.
  • Design, develop, and maintain standard and custom reports, dashboards, and queries.
  • Assist with system upgrades, testing, configuration changes, and implementation of new functionality.
  • Create and maintain user documentation, process guides, and training materials.
  • Respond to HRIS-related inquiries and provide end-user support and training.
  • Compile and prepare data reports, summaries, audits, and analyses requested by HR leadership and business stakeholders.
  • Support data integrations and data transfer processes between HR and related business systems.
  • Assist with compliance reporting and audits as needed.
  • Performs other duties as required.
