The HRIS Analyst I at Extra Space Storage is responsible for supporting the enterprise-level administration of Human Resources systems, including configuration changes, security, functional releases, and business process/workflow development. This role involves gathering business requirements, designing, testing, documenting, and training on changes, upgrades, and enhancements of HCM systems. The position is an integral part of the People team, collaborating closely with functional managers in Total Rewards, Employee Experience, Learning & Development, and Talent Acquisition.
