About The Position

The Part time Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for the organizations full-cycle recruitment process to attract, engage, and hire qualified talent across all programs and departments. This position serves as the primary recruitment and onboarding resource for sourcing, applicant tracking, recruitment, candidate experience, hiring workflows, and onboarding coordination to ensure vacancies are filled efficiently and effectively. Working closely with hiring managers and the Human Resources team, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator carries out recruitment strategies, maintains community partnerships, manages recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems, supports the coordination of new hire onboarding, and continuously evaluates hiring processes to improve organizational recruitment outcomes.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, some college or Associates degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent combination of education and 2 years or more of verifiable recruiting and talent acquisition experience in a HR business environment.
  • Above average computer skills (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe PDF, virtual and electronic signature documentation platforms such as DocuSign, Adobe, MS Teams, Zoom)
  • Must be proficient and knowledgeable in Excel for spreadsheet reporting and data interpretation
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws related to hiring.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the healthcare or non-profit field a plus.
  • Prior experience with Paycom or comparable HRIS system with reporting, talent management, and application tracking features a plus.
  • Human Resources professional certification such as PHR, SHRM-CP or equivalent certification a plus but not required
  • Knowledge of full-cycle recruitment principles and employment practices.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS systems, and online recruitment platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization.
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills and adaptability to be a creative strategic thinker and successful in a fast-paced, results orientated, changing environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team

Responsibilities

  • Manage the organization’s full-cycle recruitment process from requisition approval through accepted offer and onboarding.
  • Create, post, and maintain job advertisements across recruitment platforms and social media.
  • Manage all external recruitment platforms, including Indeed and other employment sites.
  • Conduct applicant screening, resume review, phone interviews, and candidate qualification.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and facilitate communication throughout the hiring process.
  • In conjunction with supervisor, extend verbal offers and coordinate offer letter preparation and delivery.
  • Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment and pre-employment process.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, applicant flow, sourcing effectiveness, and vacancy status.
  • Maintain an active candidate pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Assist in developing recruitment strategies for difficult-to-fill positions and workforce planning initiatives.
