Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
1–3 years of HRIS or systems support experience
Experience with Workday preferred
Strong Excel and data analysis skills
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Responsibilities

Support administration of Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking)
Assist with system configuration, updates, and enhancements
Maintain user access and security roles
Build and maintain reports and dashboards
Perform data audits and ensure data accuracy
Support data imports, exports, and system updates
Provide user support and troubleshoot system issues
Assist with testing for system releases and enhancements
Develop training materials and user guides
Support HR process improvements and system optimization initiatives
