The selected candidate must be Spanish-speaking bilingual, and comfortable facilitating content in both English and Spanish.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of HR, training/facilitation experience; construction or other field-based industry experience is a plus.
  • Ability to provide a consistently energized facilitation experience for all attendees.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple training schedules and administrative tasks at once.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish/English required.
  • Must be able to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
  • Comfortable working in the field and traveling to job sites for training delivery.

  • Support new hire orientation and leadership training, ensuring employees complete required modules within expected timelines.
  • Serve as the point of contact for training logistics questions, such as dates, locations, and materials access.
  • Collect participant feedback after sessions and route it to the team responsible for content development.
  • Maintain and update training rosters and tracking spreadsheets or LMS records.

  • Help coordinate onboarding logistics during an employee’s first 90 days.
  • Fully own the coordination and facilitation of our retention bonus program.
  • Maintain accurate HR data and HRIS records; generate basic status reports for HRBPs.
  • Answer common questions that come through the HR inbox.
  • Support People Experience initiatives — recognition, wellness, and engagement activities — with logistics and administrative coordination.
  • Help maintain HR knowledge base resources by flagging outdated content or gaps to the appropriate owner.
  • Escalate employee relations concerns, leave requests (FMLA, ADA, Fit for Duty), or other sensitive matters directly to the HRBP or HR leadership — this role does not manage these independently.
  • Other duties as assigned.
