About The Position

Falcone Global Solutions, LLC is hiring an HR Specialist - People Operations for its Center City Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Innovation Center. The role supports HR initiatives and helps shape the employee experience by developing and improving company policies, supporting workforce planning, leading talent acquisition efforts, and managing the performance review process. The position is full-time and offers an annual salary of $110,000–$125,000 plus a performance-based bonus. Requirements

• 5–7 years of HR experience, preferably in a multifunctional role.
• Experience with policy writing, recruiting, workforce planning, training and development, and performance management.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• HR certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
• Support workforce planning and organizational staffing needs.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding and offboarding, and candidate experience.
• Coordinate performance reviews and support manager coaching.
• Partner with leadership and legal on employee relations and HR practices.
• Help ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws throughout the United States.
