About The Position

The HR Solutions Coordinator is responsible for handling transactional work and inquiries within HR operations, focusing on HRIS updates, compliance, benefits, and payroll. This role requires associates to be in-office 1-2 days per week at our Indianapolis office, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Candidates not within a reasonable commuting distance from the posting location(s) will not be considered for employment, unless an accommodation is granted as required by law.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in payroll, tax, benefits, or customer service; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with assisting customers via Live Chat is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.
  • Workday experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Processing and adjusting records, balancing activities, maintaining and researching cases in the case management system, supporting system changes, running/analyzing reports, and addressing customer inquiries.
  • Serves as a point of contact for compliance inquiries, escalating as needed.
  • Responds to associate and management questions on HR benefits and payroll issues via the HR Solutions Center.
