About The Position

The Solutions Consultant on GM’s Solutions Enablement team is a strategic partner who drives the design, build, and rollout of integrated HR solutions that support business outcomes. The team works with Centers of Excellence (COEs), including Total Rewards, Global Talent, Talent Acquisition, and Corporate Citizenship, to address business needs through harmonized technology, tools, and data, minimizing redundancy and improving the end-user experience. The consultant develops a strong understanding of assigned COEs’ priorities, processes, and pain points, translates business needs into prioritized use cases, and proposes solutions that balance COE needs with enterprise scale and cohesion. The role partners with HR, IT, Analytics, Finance, Purchasing, internal technology and data teams, and external vendors to deliver user-centric, scalable, integrated solutions. It also supports solution roadmaps, vendor and procurement activities, adoption planning, and measurement of solution impact. The role is remote-based. Candidates who live within a specified radius of a GM hub are expected to report to that location three times per week, or at another frequency set by their manager. Relocation benefits are not provided. GM does not provide immigration-related sponsorship for this role.
