About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Consultant manages the recruitment process from sourcing through onboarding for various positions within the organization. The role identifies and attracts talent, screens candidates, coordinates interviews, and collaborates with hiring managers to meet staffing needs. The consultant contributes to a positive candidate experience while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with hiring policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least one year of professional-level recruiting experience, including some compensation experience; healthcare or another complex environment is preferred.
• Relate effectively to individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Take responsibility for meeting performance expectations that contribute to organizational goals.
• Communicate ideas and information effectively verbally and in writing, and listen well.
• Combine available information to understand situations, identify patterns or connections, and recognize key issues in complex situations.
• Use knowledge of organizational systems, situations, procedures, and culture to identify potential problems and opportunities and understand the implications of decisions.
• Process complex information, exercise sound judgment, and propose actions that advance the organization’s objectives, priorities, and vision.

Nice To Haves

• Advanced degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Three to five or more years of professional-level recruiting experience.
• Experience in other Human Resources functions.
• Recruiting experience in healthcare or another complex environment.
