The role develops sourcing and staffing strategies, builds talent networks, supports inclusive hiring, tracks pipeline and applicant-flow data, and recommends improvements to the candidate and hiring-manager experience. It also partners with hiring teams on sourcing, assessment, and closing strategies and may participate in special projects. The role is a day-shift position scheduled for 40 hours per week.
