About The Position

The HR Shared Services Specialist serves as a point of contact for employees and internal Human Resources stakeholders, including HR Business Partners, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, and Payroll. The Specialist provides customer service through phone and digital interactions, supports first-call resolution, maintains accurate employee data, and identifies and implements process improvements. The position requires a strong commitment to employee experience and confidentiality. It is located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and pays $19.42 per hour.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of customer service experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking, and data-entry skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment using multiple systems and applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision with a goal-oriented mindset.

Nice To Haves

• At least 6 months of Human Resources experience.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, Oracle HR, and ADP.

Responsibilities

• Assist employees by phone and digital channels, answer questions, and update employee records, including direct deposit accounts, tax withholdings, and personal information.
• Process and audit digital cases from HR stakeholders related to employee assignments, including changes to titles, compensation, and reporting structure.
• Attend assigned training classes to maintain current knowledge and provide consistent, accurate customer responses.
• Communicate professionally with customers and follow escalation processes when needed.
• Meet established department metrics for productivity, performance, and service.
• Identify and implement process improvements, with a focus on data-entry accuracy and first-call resolution.
