About The Position

The HR Shared Services Specialist serves as a point of contact for employees and internal Human Resources stakeholders, including HR Business Partners, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, and Payroll. The Specialist provides customer service through phone and digital interactions, maintains accurate employee data, and works toward first-call resolution while protecting confidential information. The role also identifies and implements process improvements and supports a positive employee experience.

The position is located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and pays $19.42 per hour.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of customer service experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and data-entry skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment using multiple systems and applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision with a goal-oriented mindset.

Nice To Haves

• At least 6 months of Human Resources experience.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, Oracle HR, and ADP.

Responsibilities

• Answer employee questions by phone and through digital channels, and update employee records, including direct deposit accounts, tax withholdings, and personal information.
• Process and audit digital cases for HR stakeholders concerning employee assignments, including changes to titles, compensation, and reporting structure.
• Attend assigned training to keep knowledge current and provide consistent, accurate answers.
• Communicate professionally with customers and follow escalation processes when needed.
• Meet established department productivity, performance, and service metrics.
• Identify and implement process improvements while maintaining data-entry accuracy and working toward first-call resolution.
