About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated HR Services Agent II with a sincere dedication to the delivery of an excellent experience for our employees, retirees, leaders and internal partners contacting the HR Services team with questions and requests. This role is critical to deliver consistent, high-quality service experience and the achievement of our goal of delivering a world-class experience. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about people, operational excellence, and continuously improving the way we support our workforce. This role services as the first point of contact within HR to provide accurate information, maintain confidentiality, professionalism, positivity and integrity in all customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred with 1-2 years' experience in benefits administration
  • Deep Knowledge of HR plans, policies, practices, programs and systems
  • Excels in utilizing technology and systems to service customers
  • Drive and passion around innovation and creative problem-solving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Love working with employees and helping others
  • Can handle high volume workload with ability to multi-task

Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1 HR support for all customers (employees, alumni, leaders, internal partners, and HR colleagues) that come via phone call or ServiceNow cases using the knowledge base to ensure timely response, excellent experience, and effective escalation (as needed) in each interaction.
  • Ensure data integrity by capturing accurate and complete information for each interaction and resolution.
  • Act as an HR Services SME providing guidance and learnings to HR colleagues and customers to drive efficiency, ServiceNow adoption and overall knowledge sharing.
  • Use ServiceNow knowledge base & knowledge articles to support response to request and questions.
  • Use learnings, observations & feedback to contribute to improvements within knowledge base(s) to ensure content is accurate, complete, accessible, and employee friendly.
  • Learn and leverage technology to ensure best use and optimization of systems (e.g., Workday, UKG, case management tools) to enhance service delivery.
