About The Position

DHL Supply Chain is seeking HR Representatives to provide customer service and counsel to business leaders at distribution centers and regional offices. The role supports leaders and associates on business and people-related matters in a fast-paced environment, builds customer relationships, and contributes to an effective workplace. Some distribution centers are free-standing, while others are located on customer sites. The position implements HR strategies aligned with business objectives and supports employee relations, engagement, compliance, staffing, associate programs, performance management, and HR administration. It is fully onsite and requires a Friday–Monday schedule from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. The national salary range is $55,000–$90,000, with location-specific ranges for California, Washington, New York, and Colorado.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience of four years.
Some knowledge of HR is preferred.
PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification is preferred.
Knowledge of HR systems and databases is preferred.
Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices is preferred.
Experience with conflict resolution is preferred.
Experience with investigations is preferred.
Experience with data analytics is preferred.
Experience facilitating trainings is preferred.
Experience with onboarding is preferred.

Responsibilities

Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Support employee relations and engagement.
Serve as an advocate and counsel to hourly and exempt associates.
Drive initiatives and activities in support of site climate and culture.
Conduct internal investigations as needed.
Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and laws related to Human Resources activities.
Administer audit activities to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Train management in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance reviews, safety, and sexual harassment.
Provide feedback and coaching to managers, actively listen, and ask clarifying questions regarding associates.
Assist with staffing, succession planning, and associate programs and processes.
Understand and support compensation and benefits systems, processes, and employee communications.
Administer and support action planning related to the annual EOS process.
Enter and maintain data in the HRMS system.
Administer the performance management process.
