About The Position

We’re looking for a dynamic and people-focused HR professional to join our team and play a key role in shaping the employee experience from day one. You’ll help drive a positive workplace culture by providing guidance on policies, supporting associate concerns, and ensuring a seamless on-boarding experience. FLSA Status: Exempt

Requirements

  • Experience with UKG
  • Knowledge of HR policies and practices
  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment for hourly positions
  • Ability to provide guidance and support to associates and supervisors
  • Experience in handling associate concerns and investigations

  • Promotion of safety culture

  • Experience in planning and executing associate events

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates the full recruitment process for hourly positions.
  • Serves as a resource for candidates and associates by answering application questions, screening internal and external applicants, and coordinating interviews and pre-employment testing.
  • Provides guidance to front line supervisors on interpreting and applying HR policies and practices.
  • Assists with responding to associate concerns and assists with investigations related to policy violations.
  • Maintains accurate employee data in UKG.
  • Serves as a resource to associates by providing information on policies, benefits, payroll, and job postings.
  • Contributes to the development and ongoing improvement of site HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinates associate involvement initiatives, including the Employee Activity Committee.
  • Supports planning and execution of associate events.

  • Promotes a strong safety culture by ensuring work is performed in a safe and responsible manner.
