About The Position

We’re looking for a dynamic and people-focused HR professional to join our team and play a key role in shaping the employee experience from day one. You’ll help drive a positive workplace culture by providing guidance on policies, supporting associate concerns, and ensuring a seamless on-boarding experience.

Requirements

Experience with UKG
Understanding of HR policies and practices
Experience in recruitment
Experience in responding to associate concerns and investigations
Experience in coordinating associate involvement initiatives and events

Responsibilities

Coordinates the full recruitment process for hourly positions.
Serves as a resource for candidates and associates by answering application questions, screening internal and external applicants, and coordinating interviews and pre-employment testing.
Provides guidance to front line supervisors on interpreting and applying HR policies and practices.
Assists with responding to associate concerns and assists with investigations related to policy violations.
Maintains accurate employee data in UKG.
Serves as a resource to associates by providing information on policies, benefits, payroll, and job postings.
Contributes to the development and ongoing improvement of site HR policies and procedures.
Coordinates associate involvement initiatives, including the Employee Activity Committee.
Supports planning and execution of associate events.

Promotes a strong safety culture by ensuring work is performed in a safe and responsible manner.
Supports a collaborative team environment and completes additional HR-related duties as needed.
