We're seeking a Human Resources Representative to join our growing team! The HR Representative provides outstanding customer service and guidance to our booksellers regarding Benefit, Payroll and HR issues. An employee in this position can expect a starting rate of $25/hour depending on experience, seniority, geographic locations, and other factors permitted by law.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Basic Excel and Word knowledge preferred
• Excellent communication, customer service and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task and handle a large volume of phone calls
• Ability to work in our Westbury, NY office 2 - 3 days/week.

Responsibilities

• Ensures accurate and timely payment of booksellers
• Assists benefit administrators in health and welfare plan management and qualified plan administration
• Contributes to the overall efficient operation of the HR department and fosters a team environment
