Requirements

  • 3+ years HR/recruitment experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Must be a strong company advocate with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities and projects.
  • Ability to address all levels of employees in a professional and respectful manner.

Responsibilities

  • Develop creative recruiting sourcing strategies and proactively build a robust pipeline of diverse talent through research, social media, cold calls, referral generation, events, and sourcing campaigns to accomplish hiring goals.
  • Manage recruitment process from sourcing through post offer stage while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. Serves as primary contact for candidates throughout recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with department heads/managers to create robust interview questions and project plans that identify the talent and skills required for open positions. Works with HR Coordinator for administrative support. Prescreens candidates before submitting to managers for review.
  • Evaluate application and recruitment process and make recommendations on ways to enhance the applicant experience and streamline the process. Provides advice for market strategies to improve the success of our staffing efforts.
  • Partners with managers on all talent acquisition processes. Ensures updated documentation of employment related policies and SOP’s.
  • Follows a tracking methodology to evaluate the success of talent acquisition efforts. Uses metrics to assess process improvements with the goal of continuously increasing the company’s effectiveness.
  • Provides input and participates in delivering new hire orientation and onboarding programs across the company.
  • Partners with HR Business Partners for a variety of administrative activities associated with Talent Acquisition processes: New employee paperwork, personnel files, data entry into payroll system, etc.
