About The Position

The human resources recruiter is responsible for managing high volume full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. This role involves building relationships with hiring managers, developing talent acquisition strategies, and ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates. The recruiter plays a key role in employer branding and works to attract top talent while maintaining compliance with hiring policies and best practices. Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail are essential for success in this position.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 2+ years of experience conducting full life cycle recruiting.
  • Prior experience working and applying HR principles in a fast paced environment
  • Prior experience developing, managing and improving processes to achieve great efficiency and performance.
  • Proficiency using Paylocity
  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills.
  • Possesses physical strength necessary to lift boxes and other heavy items on a regular basis.
  • Strong reading and communication skills.
  • Must have a valid drivers license with a good driving record

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
  • Post job openings on various platforms and proactively search for qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
  • Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and coordinate interview schedules
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and build relationships with potential hires for future opportunities
  • Conduct background checks, reference checks, and employment verifications as needed
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide reports on hiring progress and challenges
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and employer branding
