About The Position

Granicus is seeking a driven Recruiter to join their team and shape the future of the company. This role is responsible for finding, screening, and hiring top talent for Granicus. The Recruiter will manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing passive candidates, utilizing innovative recruiting methods, and providing an excellent candidate experience. The ideal candidate is curious about people, self-motivated, creative, and tenacious, aiming to reduce time-to-fill without compromising hire quality or hiring manager satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Ability to maintain confidence and professionalism when leading others through ambiguous and complex situations
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing, and hiring hard-to-find candidates and working in a high-volume environment
  • Effective communication, teamwork, and client service skills; excellent written and oral communication, and willingness to deliver regular updates and feedback clearly and tactfully
  • Demonstrated ability to command the attention and respect of senior level executives as well as hiring managers and candidates
  • 5+ years of high-volume recruiting experience with a background in recruiting experience in a fast-paced, metrics driven environment

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute customized, full cycle staffing plans from entry-level to executive-level, partnering closely with hiring managers and other recruiting team members.
  • Find and engage high quality, diverse and passive candidates through creative techniques.
  • Successfully source passive candidates using a variety of recruiting solutions including, but not limited to, social media campaigns, innovative events, Boolean searches, and open networking.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key cross-functional stakeholders internally.
  • Build trust and credibility to provide effective guidance in candidate selection decisions.
  • Effectively leverage technology (ATS) to recruit, screen, and schedule candidate interviews to consistently meet or exceed expectations.
  • Provide weekly updates to recruiting team and leadership to effectively communicate real-time progress and reevaluate workflow.
  • Report, analyze, and present data to all stakeholders.
  • Be an expert user of our ATS and provide guidance and suggestions on how to continue to effectively utilize the system.
  • Stay informed of all market trends and competition.
  • Conduct research and analysis of recruiting market trends, understanding implications and recommending solutions.
  • Plan and coordinate recruiting events and represent Granicus at job fairs, university career fairs, networking and community events.
  • Develop partnerships with employer branding platforms to ensure higher visibility in the market as an employer of choice.
  • Develop recommendations and implement solutions to consistently scale recruiting operations and processes.
  • Step outside of the day-to-day role to work on projects and initiatives that will improve the team through new tools, systems, or processes.
