About The Position

The HR Recruiter plays a vital role in attracting and hiring talented professionals who support our mission across a wide variety of clinical, behavioral health, developmental services, administrative, and support positions. This position is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle while partnering with hiring managers to develop effective hiring strategies, promote employment opportunities, and create an exceptional candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Two or more years of experience in full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HRIS recruitment platforms preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice To Haves

  • aPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of the recruitment process from job posting through candidate selection.
  • Develop and maintain engaging job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms and community resources.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs, establish recruitment strategies, and support the interview process.
  • Screen applicants and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
  • Coordinate employment offers, salary recommendations, and start dates in collaboration with Human Resources leadership.
  • Represent NKHS at college career fairs, community job fairs, hiring events, and other recruitment activities.
  • Organize and coordinate on-site hiring events and recruitment initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary HR contact for internship programs and coordinate placements with educational institutions and agency departments.
  • Maintain the recruitment module within the HRIS and provide training and support to hiring managers.
  • Prepare hiring, recruitment, and turnover reports while ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws.
