The HR Recruiter is responsible for providing recruiting services for assigned positions, human resources support for the facility which includes talent acquisition, employee engagement, employee orientation, employment processing, records management and data integrity, unemployment correspondence, and employee activities. Maintain outstanding employee competency and personnel file updates. Ensures the confidentiality of all data and information. Manages the full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions, to include: management of job-posting; screening and interviewing candidtes; extening offers and onboarding candidates. Identifies future hiring needs for assigned positions, and proactively develops recruitment campaigns and strategies. Engages with external and internal resources to develop recruitment strategies and an appropriate budget for campaigns. Manages recruitment budget for assigned positions. Ensures consistent compliance with standards supporting the process of employment including but not limited to file documentation and order, background checks, primary source verification, e-verify and pre-employment drug testing. Facilitates the Hospital Orientation and ECBH Onboarding Program, preparing and developing material, in conjunction with HR Director. Develops and presents orientation materials for assigned HR-related topics. Facilitates the class discussion and training for these segments of orientation. Mains thorough and accurate data in all HR systems. Reviews and accurately generates and processes personnel actions including but not limited to new hires, terminations, evaluations, promotions, transfers, and FTE changes. Tracks and maintains records on required employee licensure/certifications, backgrounds, performance evaluations and competencies. Coordinates the timely and accurate completion with leadership and/or employees. Coordinates the Emerald Excellence Committee to include recruiting members, planning agenda, distributing minutes and leading events with a focus on employee engagement. After hours and weekend participation may be periodically required. Completion of UHS Service Excellence Award application as directed. Coordinates employee recognition programs. Prepares and maintains HR personnel files in an organized and timely manner. Audits personnel files, ensuring all required information is current and accurate. Performs and documents corrective measures as needed. Communicates and enforces organizational policies and practices; makes suggestions for review and improvement, ensures that application and practices fall within intent and guidelines of policies on a consistent basis. Represents the hospital at job fairs, interview days and information sessions and other related events. Performs other duties as assigned/required.
