About The Position

Liberty Resources is seeking an energetic and motivated HR professional with a passion for recruitment and human resources. The HR Recruiter/Generalist will drive talent acquisition and support a wide range of HR functions in a collaborative, diverse human services agency. The role leads full-cycle recruitment and onboarding, partners with managers and leadership on workforce needs, and supports internal recruiting processes while ensuring compliance with employment laws and organizational policies.

Requirements

High school diploma required.
1 to 2 years of recruiting experience.
Knowledge of evidence-based HR practices and state and federal labor laws.
Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, and coaching skills.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
Valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

Associate or bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field preferred.
Experience in the human services or healthcare field preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruitment for exempt and non-exempt roles, ensuring timely, high-quality hires aligned with organizational needs.
Lead onboarding and New Hire Orientation.
Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand workforce needs and support recruitment planning.
Use recruiting tools, networking platforms, and creative sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates.
Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
Support internal recruitment processes, including promotions and transfers, ensuring transparency and equity.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and organizational policies.
