The HR & Payroll Coordinator supports the overall Human Resources department by contributing to a wide range of HR and payroll activities. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, including hiring, onboarding, offboarding, employee record maintenance, and payroll support. This position’s duties are intended to be shared equally between HR and payroll responsibilities, though workloads may flex one way or the other at times, depending on department initiatives/deadlines. This position will receive daily direction for HR associated tasks from the Sr. HR Generalist and HR Generalist, in addition to being direct reports of the Director of HR and Director of Payroll Compliance & HRIS.
