About The Position

We’re looking for an HR Operations Supervisor who thrives in the details but also sees the bigger picture. You’ll own the core HR engine, from onboarding to payroll to compliance, while helping shape better systems, cleaner data, and a smoother employee experience across the board. This is a high-impact role where you’ll partner with leadership, Finance, and HR teams to ensure everything behind the scenes works exactly the way it should.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in HR operations, HRIS, or a similar HR-focused role
  • Strong experience working with ADP Workforce Now or a comparable HRIS/payroll system
  • Solid understanding of U.S. employment laws and compliance requirements
  • Proven experience managing onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, and HR data
  • Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets, with the ability to build reports and analyze data
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with different teams

Nice To Haves

  • HR Certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, etc.)
  • Experience with HR dashboards or analytics tools
  • Project or process improvement experience
  • Bilingual

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding, ensuring everything is accurate and completed on time
  • Maintain and optimize HR systems (ADP or similar), troubleshoot issues, and ensure clean, reliable data across all platforms
  • Partner closely with Finance to support payroll processing, audits, and reporting to ensure employees are paid accurately and on schedule
  • Track probationary periods and follow up with managers to ensure timely reviews and decisions
  • Run the performance review process from start to finish, including system setup, timelines, communications, and completion tracking
  • Build and maintain HR reports and dashboards, using data to highlight trends and support better decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, keeping policies and processes aligned and audit-ready
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including sensitive payroll and compliance documentation
  • Support immigration processes by coordinating with employees, leadership, and external legal partners
  • Help lead or support key HR projects, including system upgrades, process improvements, and policy updates
  • Serve as a go-to resource for employees and managers, answering questions and resolving issues related to HR policies, systems, and processes
  • Partner with HR and leadership teams to support broader initiatives, including benefits enrollment, compensation cycles, and workforce planning
