About The Position

The HR Operations Coordinator is focused on the execution of HR customer service and transactional support for CoorsTek's approximately 6000+ global workforce. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a consistent service experience while accurately executing administrative transactions. The role provides back-office support for the HR team in various areas, including recruiting, global mobility, HRIS, talent management, employee benefits, leave administration, payroll, and compliance. This position is located onsite at the Golden, CO Global Headquarters.

Requirements

  • Associates degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • One (1) year of work experience.
  • Superior customer service orientation.
  • Superior organizational and time management skills.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Must be able to work with a diverse variety of people from different cultures and backgrounds.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior HR Experience.
  • Experience in an HR shared services function.
  • Experience with HR ticketing & knowledge management systems.

Responsibilities

  • Execute on inquiry intake and resolution, advising candidates, employees, and managers through a positive service experience.
  • Ensure high quality, timely, consistent, and accurate execution of HR transactions in applicable HR systems.
  • Accurately complete administrative HR responsibilities across all HR capabilities.
  • Accurately complete administrative recruiting responsibilities, including screening, interview scheduling, travel coordination, and candidate tracking.
  • Audit and maintain high-quality HR data.
  • Ensure tasks follow policies, processes, and procedures, including data privacy and protection.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge documentation to allow HR-related issues to be solved consistently and accurately.
  • Support the execution of responsibilities across all aspects of the candidate and employee lifecycle, ensuring data is accurately maintained, transactions are correctly entered, and programs operate within the guidelines of federal and state requirements, and company policies.
