We're seeking an HR Operations Coordinator who is passionate about creating exceptional employee experiences through operational excellence. In this role, you'll support critical HR programs and processes, including HR systems administration, benefits, immigration coordination, compliance, and employee data management. As a key member of our Human Resources team, you'll help ensure our people have the resources, support, and information they need to thrive throughout their careers at Fehr & Peers. Our HR team fosters a friendly, hardworking, and inclusive environment where teamwork, continuous learning, and work-life balance are valued. If you're detail-oriented, analytical, and energized by improving processes while supporting people, we'd love to hear from you. This position is based in our Walnut Creek Corporate Office and requires a minimum of two days per week in the office.
