Job Summary This role supports a dynamic blend of HR, Operations, and Training initiatives for internal teams at DebtBlue. In this position, you'll assist with day-to-day employee processes, coordinate onboarding activities, maintain accurate records, and support training and reporting needs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to explore different paths and gain exposure across multiple areas of the business. The role offers hands-on experience working with various departments, allowing you to wear multiple hats and build a well-rounded skill set while discovering your long-term career interests.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow established processes and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable working in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with HRIS or LMS tools is a plus (training provided)

Responsibilities

  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes in iSolved HRIS
  • Help maintain employee records and ensure documentation is up to date
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding logistics and schedules
  • Help track training participation and coaching sessions across teams
  • Assist with LMS (Cardone University) course assignments and completion tracking
  • Support collection of training feedback and evaluations
  • Help format and update training materials as needed
  • Maintain basic tracking of employee and training data
  • Assist with preparing reports for leadership
  • Ensure information is entered accurately into internal systems
  • Help maintain and update SOPs and internal documentation
  • Assist with organizing schedules and operational materials
  • Support coordination across teams to keep processes running smoothly
