The HR Operations Manager will oversee daily HR operations with a focus on stabilizing, standardizing, and improving processes. This role involves identifying opportunities to reduce manual work and implement automation and system-driven solutions, building and maintaining scalable workflows, SOPs, and documentation, and improving processes and experiences throughout the entire Employee Lifecycle. The manager will also partner cross-functionally to improve operational efficiency and consistency. Additionally, the role includes overseeing end-to-end payroll processes, supervising Payroll Specialists, managing benefits administration, leading the Benefits Specialist, owning billing reconciliation, vendor management, and contract oversight, and continuously improving processes related to payroll and benefits administration. The manager will also lead and develop a team, ensure compliance with employment laws, support audits, maintain accurate employee records, and leverage HR systems to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
