The Manager of HR Operations-Americas is responsible for leading a high‑performing HR service delivery model across multiple jurisdictions within the EMEA region (approx. 300 employees across United States, Canada, Peru, Brazil, and Argentina. This role ensures the efficient execution of all HR operational processes, data, systems, and employee lifecycle activities, while driving continuous improvement, operational excellence, and compliance with local laws and global HR standards. The role leads a decentralized team of two and partners closely with HR Business Partners, COEs (Reward, Talent Acquisition, HRIS), Legal, and senior business leaders to ensure a consistent, compliant, and high‑quality HR employee experience across all locations.
