Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and workplace concerns.
  • Support employee relations efforts, including conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices, mitigating potential risks.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and new hire onboarding.
  • Partner with managers to assess staffing needs and implement effective hiring strategies.
  • Oversee new hire orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Assist in administering performance review processes and providing support to managers and employees.
  • Identify training and development needs, coordinating employee training programs and career development initiatives.
  • Maintain HRIS (Dayforce) and ensure accurate employee data management, reporting, and compliance.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, including enrollment, updates, and employee inquiries.
  • Track and analyze HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop and support employee engagement initiatives, including recognition programs and company events.
  • Promote health, safety, and wellness programs in collaboration with plant management.
  • Contribute to HR projects, policy updates, and process improvements to align with business goals.
  • Manage employee offboarding processes, including exit interviews and documentation.
  • Maintain personnel records and support HR audits as needed.
