About The Position

The HR Operations Coordinator leads workforce mobilization and onboarding for employees, contractors, subcontractors, and temporary workers supporting data center construction operations. The role is responsible for a seamless, compliant, and efficient onboarding experience while maintaining site access and workforce readiness requirements. It is an hourly contract position with a possible extension or hire, based at a customer site in Holly Ridge, Louisiana. Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with Saturdays as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of HR and onboarding experience in the construction or manufacturing industry.
• Self-starter with a drive for continual learning.
• Initiative and willingness to take action.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in an administrative or human resources major.
• HR certifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding for new hires and contractors.
• Coordinate workforce ramp-up activities during project phases.
• Track onboarding schedules and hiring forecasts.
• Oversee background checks, drug screenings, I-9 verification, and employment documentation.
• Ensure completion of required onboarding paperwork.
• Verify certifications, licenses, and training credentials.
• Coordinate site badging and access requirements.
• Manage workforce credentialing processes.
• Ensure compliance with security protocols and site-specific requirements.
• Facilitate new-hire orientation programs.
• Coordinate safety training and compliance certifications.
• Partner with EHS and Operations teams to ensure workforce readiness.
• Maintain onboarding records and compliance documentation.
• Prepare onboarding audit reports.
• Monitor onboarding KPIs, including completion rates and time-to-productivity.
