About The Position

Our HR Operations team is looking for an HR Operations Administrative Assistant to join their team. This role will report directly to the US HR Operations Manager and have a full time, onsite, work schedule in East Aurora, NY.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • At least 3 years of relevant, progressive experience in an administrative field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including basic Excel functionality.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple inquiries efficiently, and knowing when to escalate issues.

Responsibilities

  • Sending building-wide communications, as needed.
  • Maintain TV monitor and bulletin board postings.
  • Complete unemployment paperwork.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person or place.
  • Maintain cleanliness of nutrition center and reception area.
  • Answer reception door intercom.
  • Manage catering orders and clean up for onsite meetings.
  • Manage stock of office and nutrition center supplies.
  • Receive, distribute, and send mail.
  • Collect and verify I9 forms as needed.
  • Assist in weekly onboarding and orientation.
  • Assist in benefit billing as needed.
  • Other administrative duties as needed.
