My client is hiring a hands-on, strategic HR Manager to power our growing industrial services operation. You'll be the trusted HR partner to Operations leadership — supporting day-to-day execution while shaping workforce strategy across multiple regions, customer sites, and remote project locations. Oversee hiring and compliance efforts to staff refineries, turnarounds, and craft labor sites — mobilizing crews fast, resolving issues in real time, and keeping us compliant with the alphabet soup of industry requirements (Safety Councils, DISA, DOT/PHMSA, NCCER, customer onboarding portals, and more). Support, develop and manage 3-5 employees in the HR Department.
