We are looking for an HR Manager who combines data and strong operational instincts with the ability to coach, influence, and shape teams at scale. You’ll partner closely with leaders across multiple sites to support a large, fast paced non exempt workforce while driving consistency, accountability, and a great employee experience. This is a high impact role that sits at the intersection of frontline operations and People strategy. You’ll tackle everything from manager enablement to org planning to performance coaching, training, all while ensuring our People systems and policies operate smoothly across locations.
