About The Position
At Premium Loaves, we move fast, execute flawlessly, and take care of our people — just like we do our sandwiches. We’re looking for an HR Intern to support our Human Resources team while gaining hands-on experience in core HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, personnel records, payroll support, and benefits administration. This is for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and interested in building a career in Human Resources.
Requirements
- 18 or older
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and HR practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Nice To Haves
- Prior internship or relevant coursework in accounting or HR is a plus
- Familiarity with accounting software or HRIS systems is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
- Support payroll preparation.
- Assist with benefits administration.
- Complete general HR administrative projects and provide support to the HR team as needed.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
