About The Position

MAB Community Services is seeking a detail-oriented HR Analytics Intern to support our Human Resources and Talent Acquisition team. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate who enjoys working with data and wants hands-on experience using analytics to support strategic HR decisions. The ideal candidate has experience with Microsoft Power BI, advanced Excel skills, and an interest in workforce analytics, budgeting, and reporting. You will help transform HR data into meaningful dashboards and reports that support organizational decision-making.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience using Microsoft Power BI to create dashboards and visualizations.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, charts, data analysis).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage confidential information professionally.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with HRIS or payroll systems.
• Familiarity with workforce analytics or financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and visual reports.
• Analyze workforce data, including overtime, staffing levels, longevity, turnover, vacancies, recruitment metrics, and labor costs.
• Assist with budget tracking and workforce planning reports.
• Compile and analyze HR and Talent Acquisition data from multiple sources.
• Identify trends and provide recommendations based on data analysis.
• Create reports and presentations for HR leadership and executive teams.
• Ensure data accuracy and assist with ongoing data validation.
• Support special HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
