About The Position

We’re looking for an HR Intern to support key people operations initiatives and gain hands on experience across recruiting, onboarding, and compliance. This is a great opportunity to build foundational HR skills while working closely with a collaborative team. This is a part-time internship position (30–40 hours per week).

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Interest in HR operations, recruiting, and employee experience

Nice To Haves

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Communications, or a related field
• Familiarity with BambooHR (HRIS) or Ashby (ATS)

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
• Assist with recruiting coordination and interview scheduling
• Help maintain and organize HR documentation and resources
• Contribute to employee programs and internal initiatives
• Support compliance-related processes and updates
