About The Position

Reporting to the HR Director of Americas, the HR Intern will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day HR Operations and for overseeing the general administrative duties across their organization’s office. They are responsible for welcoming visitors, coordinating meetings, appointments and directing various administrative projects.

Requirements

  • 3 or more years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Advance proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
  • Experience with mail merge and V-LOOKUPs with put you ahead.
  • Ability to plan, organize and meet strict timelines.
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Ability to manage several high priority projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, planning and project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Experience with a manufacturing organization.

Responsibilities

  • Greets clients and employees at the front desk and ensures they receive the best in customer care.
  • Answers the phones in a timely manner and directs calls to appropriate team members.
  • Manages meeting room schedules during the hiring process.
  • Assist with onsite interviews and welcoming new hires
  • Help coordinate internal interviews as needed
  • Order office supplies and its inventory.
  • Handle the onboarding and offboarding of the site employees.
  • Maintain meeting minutes and preparing reports
  • Ensure offices are prepared for applicable personnel.
  • Assists with employee record keeping.
  • Assists with the planning and implementing or employee recognition activities.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality.
  • Other duties as assigned.
