Jabil, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources department. This internship offers hands‑on exposure to core HR operations within a face-paced, regulated medical manufacturing environment, with a primary focus on auditing, process improvement, and administrative cleanup efforts. The intern will partner closely with the HR team to analyze attendance data, identify gaps or inconsistencies, and develop recommendations for improved accuracy and sustainability. This role will also provide opportunities to participate in the execution of approved cleanup actions.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to summarize findings and present recommendations
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior internship experience in HR is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Support HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and generating reports.
  • Conduct audits, including reviewing timekeeping and attendance records to identify trends, discrepancies, or gaps
  • Document findings and prepare summary reports and recommendations for the HR Manager
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives such as training support, process improvement, and employee engagement activities
  • Conduct research on HR best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the HR team.
